ABOUT ME
I received my bachelors in psychology from Pennsylvania State University and my doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Delaware. During my time in graduate school, I received training from the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania and the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System. I completed my clinical internship at Rutgers University where I specialized in the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). After receiving my doctorate, I completed my postdoctoral training and subsequently became a staff member at Stress and Anxiety Services of New Jersey.
Throughout my career, I have focused my efforts on evidence-based treatments for a range of mental health disorders. I received specialized training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania and through the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Therapy Training Institute. I have also received specialized training in the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am a certified cognitive processing therapy (CPT) provider and am trained in prolonged exposure (PE).
Below are webinars on PTSD and postpartum OCD that I have given if you are interested in learning more.
